Returns & Exchanges

At Lone Rider, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
